The EurocomSC/MP

What is it?

The design is based on Eltec's Eurocom-I or better, my remake of it.

This version is equipped with the National Semiconductor's SC/MP, also named INS8060. This one took quite some more effort because it needed an extra IC, a 74LS75 4-bit latch, to generate the address line A12..15. That meant moving lines to make place.
Then I found out that the sense input, the interrupt input of the SC/MP, has an active positive level. Bummer, because that meant I needed an extra IC to invert the signals. By moving bits and lines I was able to insert the needed IC.

I am still looking for this CPU and while not obtained, no real board. Then why the design? Nostalgy from the time I worked at the Dutch magazine Elektuur/Elektor.
